  • How do I see the Prices?

You will need to register with us by Creating a trade account. This is a very short and simple process, you will also receive and en email once your account has been activated. Only when activated, the wholesale prices for all our range will be visible when you log to to our site.

  • Can I Order less than a whole Pack?

All styles are sold in pack ratios as indicated on the product page. Selected styles are available in smaller pack ratios, typically XX and XX units opposed to XX. A great way to purchase if your just starting or have a small boutique. First time buyers are required to buy full pack options. Split packs (options) are 'top up' there after.

  • Can I Order selected sizes only?

All styles are sold in size ratios only as indicated on the product page.

  • Can I use your images? How do I access them? **

All images are available for the styles you have purchased from us including all views for your own use to re-sell / market  within your store, website or social media use. These images are NOT watermarked, therefore the source is not known and are high resolution web optimised.

Images can be accessed by request, and are subject to Terms & Conditions.

** Images are only available once your order status has been marked "COMPLETED"

  • How do I make Payment?

Payments can be made via Cash, Credit / Debit card and Bank transfer. We also accept payments from shipping companies.

  • How much do you charge for delivery in the UK?

If you a UK mainland customer you will receive free delivery on any order above £500 or more.

  • Why have I been told to remove an item at checkout but it's live on the website?

When at checkout the website is constantly updating real time orders and stock levels, therefore a style you have added may be out of stock, hence you have been asked to remove it from your order list. We appologise for any such event.

  • Can I see the stock prior to ordering?

Yes, we have a London based showroom where many styles are in stock. Here you will be able to view and buy. Please note not all styles are stocked within our showroom.

  • What is the minimum order value?

Minimum order value is £200.00 before VAT, shipping and all other discounts. First time buyers are required to buy full pack options. Split packs (options) are 'top up' there after.

  • I am Exporting the goods to EU* / outside EU, do I pay VAT?

No, all goods will be exempt from paying VAT. To qualify the goods must be shipped with a shipping company and we will need a Shipping Certificate (proof of export)

If you are using your own shipper we will request their full details and liaise with them on your behalf.

*European customers must supply a valid VAT / Tax number.

  • Why has my Order been changed?

In the unlikley event of a style not being available we will notify you of the change allowing you to continue or ammend your order.

  • The website has an error. What can I do?

If you send an email to sales@funkyqueen.com our customer care team will contact you immediately and advise you. We can process your order manually if you can provide us with the items in question including the colours and quantity

  • Can I visit your warehouse? What are your opening hours

Our friendly customer care team are always happy to meet customers for a chat! Our London based showroom is open Monday-Friday from 10:00amto 7:00pm and Sundays from 8:00am to 2:00pm.We do not require an appointment for customers visiting our showroom.
